Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean stew meat or chuck roast, cut into cubes
    2 c. onions, chopped
    3 green peppers, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and simmer in a large soup pan for 3 hours.
    When meat is tender, use a slotted spoon to shred meat against side of pan.
    Continue to simmer until barbecue is the right consistency to be served on hamburger rolls.
