Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18 oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained
    1 c. granulated brown sugar substitute, divided
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine
Preparation
    Combine sweet potatoes, 3/4 cup brown sugar substitute, milk, egg, melted margarine and vanilla, stirring until well blended. Spoon into a shallow baking dish coated with vegetable cooking spray (Pam).
    Combine flour and remaining 1/4 cup brown sugar substitute; cut in 1 tablespoon margarine until mixture is crumbly.
    Sprinkle over potatoes and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    Serving amount is 1/3 cup at 85 calories.
