Meat Sauce For Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 small onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. sliced mushrooms or 1 (4 oz.) can
    1 1/4 tsp. sweet basil
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    hot cooked spaghetti
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and celery in oil; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer 30 minutes or longer (flavor improves with longer cooking time).
