Diana'S Vinegar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 level Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 eggs
    butter
    2 c. boiling water
    3 tsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Beat together well the yolks of eggs, small piece of butter, cornstarch and sugar.
    Add to boiling water and cider vinegar. Cook until thick.
    Add flavoring.
    Place in baked pie shell. Cover with meringue and brown in oven.
