Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 potatoes
    1 cake yeast
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. shortening
    2 scoops sugar
    1 1/2 pt. lukewarm water
Preparation
    Cook the potatoes at noon; drain.
    Save water and mash potatoes.
    Pour all together; let cool until evening.
    Add the cake yeast and 5 tablespoons sugar.
    Let stand until morning. Sift flour in dishpan.
    Make a hole.
    Add sponge, salt, eggs, shortening, 2 scoops sugar and lukewarm water.
    Mix into a soft dough; keep warm.
    Let raise until double in bulk.
