Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. melted shortening
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix slightly beaten eggs to shortening and buttermilk.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour on heated griddle.
    If you don't have buttermilk on hand, substitute sour milk instead.
    Place 1 tablespoon of vinegar in a 1 cup measuring cup; then fill with milk so as to measure one cup.
