Cauliflower Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cauliflower, steamed till crisp and tender
    1/2 cup grated parmesan
    1 cup shredded cheddar
    1 cup shredded Swiss
    1 1/2 cups half and half
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Lightly butter a 13X9 baking dish and put in cauliflower. Season with seasoning salt and sprinkle with cheeses.
    Beat eggs in half and half and pour over cauliflower.
    Top with buttered breadcrumbs.
    Bake at 375 degrees until lightly golden brown.
