Sausage Egg Bake - cooking recipe

1 lb. Italian sausage, diced
9 eggs
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
12 slices bread (crusts removed), cubed
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage in skillet 3 to 4 minutes. Drain fat and cool. In large bowl, beat eggs and milk. Add mustard, salt, pepper and bread cubes; mix well. Fold in cooked sausage and cheese. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Let stand, covered, in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
