Aunt Calla'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork, cut in pieces
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 c. chicken broth
    salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown pork.
    Add onions and celery.
    Saute until tender.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Place in 2 1/2 to 3-quart casserole.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
