Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon
    1 medium onion
    1 egg
    1/4 c. cornmeal, flour or bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except oil.
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Form mixture into patties and fry in hot oil until brown on both sides.
    Makes approximately 6 cakes.
