Fudgy Butterscotch Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 can Borden sweetened condensed milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/4 c. lightly packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. flaked coconut (if desired)
Preparation
    Combine chocolate chips, condensed milk and 2 tablespoons of butter.
    Heat, stirring constantly, in a double boiler, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
    Set aside.
