Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless chicken breasts
    1 large can sliced pineapple
    1 large green pepper
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 chicken bouillon cube
Preparation
    Put pineapple juice in 2-cup measuring container.
    Add water to make 1 1/4 cups.
    In pan, combine sugar, cornstarch, juice, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and bouillon cube.
    Bring to a boil and cook for 4 minutes.
    Pour over chicken and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Garnish with pineapple and green pepper slices and bake for 30 minutes more or until chicken is tender.
