Chicken Milanese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. low-fat margarine
    2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, garlic salt and flour. Shake to remove excess.
    Dip in egg; coat with bread crumbs.
    Cook for approximately 7 minutes on each side in the margarine/shortening mixture in a skillet.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
