Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. large fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
    chopped parsley
    olive oil
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms.
    Cut off stems and finely chop.
    Mix bread crumbs, cheese, chopped stems and parsley.
    Fill each mushroom cap with mixture.
    Drizzle with oil.
    Add 1/8 to 1/4-inch of water in bottom of pan.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
