Refrigerated Tortellini Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz. cheese tortellini
    1 c. julienned ham
    3/4 c. English peas, drained
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
    2 Tbsp. minced green onions
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (.04 oz.) dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
Preparation
    Cook the tortellini according to package directions and cool. Combine all ingredients, then fold in sour cream mixture. Refrigerate.
    Makes an excellent dish for parties and light meals.
