Potato-Ham-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced cooked potatoes
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or American process cheese
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. diced ham
Preparation
    Arrange potato slices in 2-quart baking dish; set aside. Combine butter and onion in 2-quart measure.
    Microwave 3 minutes on High, or until onion is transparent.
    Stir in flour, salt, pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, curry powder, shredded cheese and milk; microwave 3 to 4 minutes on High, or until mixture is hot and cheese is melted.
    Stir and add ham.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Microwave 6 to 8 minutes on \"6\" or until potatoes are heated through.
