Chicken Paprika - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 pieces chicken (legs, thighs or breasts)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 bell pepper, chopped
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. rice
2 c. water with 2 tsp. chicken stock granules
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
chopped, stuffed olives
salt, pepper and paprika
Preparation

In large skillet, brown lightly salted and peppered chicken in oil and butter.
Saute onion, bell pepper, garlic and celery.
Stir in rice to coat.
Add the chicken stock.
Sprinkle generously with paprika.
Add mushroom soup and mushrooms.
Stir.
Add chopped stuffed olives.
Cover.
Simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
Check to make sure it doesn't dry out.
Remove.
Cover to reduce liquid.
Serve with sour cream.
