Vegetable Quiche(Heart Healthy) - cooking recipe

    1 1/2 c. cooked brown rice (at room temperature)
    3/4 c. egg substitute or beaten eggs
    3/4 c. shredded low-fat Mozzarella cheese
    1 1/2 c. chopped, fresh broccoli
    3/4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
