Pineapple-Cheese Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. crushed pineapple (not drained)
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 egg
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Stir undrained pineapple into melted butter and egg.
Add dry ingredients.
Stir quickly until all is moistened.
Mix in cheese.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Let stand overnight and eat next day.
