Elegant Seafood Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) Pillsbury ready pie crust
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Sea Legs or Louis Kemp crabmeat
1/2 c. onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. half and half, milk or cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Roll pastry to 13-inch circle on lightly floured surface.
Place in 10-inch pie plate or casserole dish.
Turn under edge; flute.
Sprinkle cheese, crab or Sea Legs, onion, flour and seasonings in pie plate or dish.
Beat together eggs and half and half.
Pour over cheese mixture.
Bake 55 or 60 minutes or until set.
Yields 6 servings.
