Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cold corn tortillas
    1 lb. tomatoes
    1 small onion
    4 garlic gloves
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    5 c. chicken broth
    canned green chiles
    chopped avocado
    sliced Mozzarella
    sour cream
    chopped cilantro
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut tortillas into strips and fry in oil until crispy.
    Set aside.
    Blend tomatoes, garlic and onion in blender until smooth puree.
    Saute puree in 2 tablespoons oil, then add bouillon cubes and let boil 1 minute.
    Add broth.
    Cover and simmer.
    Add pepper to taste after 20 minutes.
    Add cilantro and turn off heat.
