Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium tomatoes
    1 small cucumber, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    2 green onions, sliced
    12 oz. can vegetable juice cocktail
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
    dashes of hot pepper sauce
    croutons (optional)
Preparation
    Peel tomatoes and chop.
    Mix tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper and onions.
    Stir vegetable juice cocktail, vinegar, olive oil, garlic salt, basil and hot pepper sauce into tomato mixture. Cover and chill for several hours before serving.
