Korean Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shoyu
1/4 c. dark or light sesame oil
1/3 c. honey
1 Tbsp. white sugar
1 tsp. black pepper
3 thumb-sized pieces fresh ginger, peeled and grated or mashed
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. mirin
1 Tbsp. ground toasted sesame seed
1/4 c. green onion, minced
Preparation

This marinade is enough for about 5 pounds short ribs or 6 pounds sliced rib eye steak.
Marinate at least 8 hours or overnight, turning meat occasionally.
