Breaded Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/4 c. tomato juice
    3/4 c. boiling water
    3 c. white bread cubes
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    In saucepan, add brown sugar and salt to tomato juice; stir well.
    Add boiling water; let bubble on the stove for 5 minutes. Arrange bread in greased casserole.
    Pour butter over bread cubes; stir well.
    Add boiling mixture; stir again.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
