Beet Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. pickling spice, tied in a cloth
1 can beets

Preparation

Put vinegar, sugar and spice in pan; bring to boil.
Add beets; heat to the boiling point and remove.
Let cool.
Store in refrigerator.
