One Pan Date-Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
    3 eggs
    2 1/3 c. Bisquick mix
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. dates
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Heat
    oven
    to\t375\u00b0.
    Generously grease bottom of loaf pan, 9 x\t5 x 3-inch.
    Stir all ingredients, except dates and nuts,
    in pan
    with
    fork until moistened.
    Beat vigorously 1 minute.
    Stir in\tdates
    and
    nuts.
    Bake
    until\twooden pick inserted
    in center
    comes out clean, 45 to 55 minutes.\tCool for 5 minutes. Run knife or metal spatula around sides of pan to loosen;
    remove from pan.
