Ingredients

1/2 gal. blackberries
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 to 3/4 c. flour
crust for top and bottom
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour together, then mix with berries.
Pour into an 11 x 14-inch pan lined with crust.
Place crust on top of berries.
Sprinkle with sugar and dot with butter.
Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0, then 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Place another pan on lower oven rack to avoid boil-overs.
