Light Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. corn oil margarine
    1/3 c. applesauce
    3 ripe bananas
    1 egg plus 1 egg white
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. cake flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream sugar, margarine and applesauce. Blend in mashed bananas, eggs and vanilla.
    Sift flour, salt and soda three times.
    Fold into banana mixture.
    Pour into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan sprayed with Pam.
    Bake 55 minutes.
    Cool.
