Cheese, Rice, Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small zucchini, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 to 2 c. cooked rice
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. or more grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook onion in small amount of oil.
    Add zucchini and cook for a short time.
    Layer the ingredients in buttered casserole using half of each ingredient; then repeat rice, soup, zucchini/onion mixture, and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
