Easy Mexican Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large + 1 small can biscuits, cut into bite size pieces
    1 small can black olives, chopped or sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) jar picante sauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch dish with 1/4 cup of butter.
    Place into oven until dish is hot and margarine is melted.
    Mix picante sauce into cut-up biscuits.
    Pour into dish.
    Top with olives, onion, pepper and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
