Tea Cakes (Cookies) - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            3/4 c. Crisco
 
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs (unbeaten)
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. sifted self-rising flour
Preparation
- 
                            Combine Crisco, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
 
Beat well.
Add flour gradually.
Mix well.
Roll 1/2-inch thick and cut desired shape.
Place on cookie sheet (ungreased).
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes about 6 dozen tea cakes.
