Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. butter or lard
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well.
    Roll out with rolling pin.
    Cut out with biscuit cutter and sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake on ungreased baking sheet in hot oven (400\u00b0) for 10 to 12 minutes.
