Crock-Pot Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

potatoes
1 1/2 to 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
1 onion, chopped (optional)
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Peel and slice thick enough potatoes to fill your crock-pot. Add chopped onion among the potatoes if you wish.
Cover with water and cook until tender.
Drain off the water.
(You might wish to save it for gravy or soup.) Melt Velveeta cheese, cheese soup and margarine in microwave, stirring occasionally.
Pour this over the drained potatoes and continue to heat on low heat.
