Lemon Icebox Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box vanilla sugar-free/fat-free pudding mix
    2 c. skim or 1% milk
    1 tub (minus 1 tsp.) Crystal Lite lemonade mix (dry; little less than a Tbsp.)
    8 oz. tub Cool Whip Free
    6 (2 1/2-inch) graham cracker squares
Preparation
    Layer graham crackers in bottom of 8 x 8 baking dish. Stir together dry pudding mix and lemonade mix in medium bowl. Add milk and mix or whisk together. Fold in 3/4 of the Cool Whip. Pour into dish and top with remaining Cool Whip. Chill until ready to serve. Serves 8.
