California Gourmet Garlic Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) loaf French bread
    1/2 c. butter
    6 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley
    2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    1 (10 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut bread in half lengthwise.
    Place halves on foil covered baking sheet.
    Tear out soft inner portion of bread in large chunks.
    Melt butter in large skillet and stir in garlic and sesame seed.
    Add bread chunks and fry until bread is golden and butter is absorbed.
    Remove from heat.
