French-Fried Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen French fried potatoes
    1/2 c. sliced radishes
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Pour 4 cups water into large saucepan; bring to full rolling boil.
    Carefully drop frozen potatoes in water.
    Remove from heat immediately.
    Cover and let stand for 4 to 5 minutes.
    Drain potatoes at once; spread on paper towel.
    Cut up any large pieces. Sprinkle with salt and cool.
    In bowl, combine eggs, radishes, celery, onion and parsley.
    Add mayonnaise and vinegar.
    Add potatoes and toss gently.
    Chill.
    Makes 8 servings.
