Heavenly Berried Chocolate Mousse Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. + 2 Tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 pt. strawberries
1 tsp. shortening

Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients.
Mix well and press into 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Cool completely.
Melt 1/2 cup chocolate morsels.
Cool slightly.
Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Add brown sugar, vanilla and cooled chocolate.
Mix well.
Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
Spoon into pie crust and chill 8 hours.
Arrange sliced strawberries on top and drizzle with remaining chocolate and shortening, that has been melted.
