Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 small onion or 1 Tbsp. onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    I grate the potato until it gets to a small piece, then I toss the end in the blender.
    Put the onion in the blender, too.
    Also the eggs.
    Stir all together in a large bowl.
    Double recipe as needed.
    About 8 cups of potatoes are enough for 4 good appetites. Fry in small amount of shortening or oil.
    Brown well and turn to cook.
    Serve with syrup, or my favorite is grape jelly.
    Re-warms well the next day if there are any leftovers.
