Whole Wheat Health Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 pt. nonfat yogurt
1 1/2 c. raisins or dry fruit
1/2 c. unbleached flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. molasses or honey
Preparation

Grease and flour loaf tin.
Combine dry ingredients.
Stir in yogurt, molasses or honey.
Add raisins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
