Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. coarsely chopped fresh broccoli
    1/4 c. water
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1/4 c. (1 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. round buttery cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Combine broccoli and water in a 2-quart casserole; cover and microwave at High 4 minutes.
    Drain.
    Place broccoli in a lightly greased 2-quart casserole.
    Combine soup and next 3 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well.
    Spoon mixture over broccoli.
    Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap; microwave at High 4 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top.
    Rotate dish; microwave at High 4 to 5 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
