Easy Chicken Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. coarse pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. red wine vinegar
chicken (your choice)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large Ziploc bag.
Place chicken in bag; rub marinade all over chicken.
Close Ziploc bag tightly, removing as much air as possible.
Refrigerate for 1/2 hour, then broil, bake or barbecue chicken until cooked completely.
