Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie shell
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
dash of salt and pepper
4 c. sliced zucchini
2 eggs
2 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar is good)
Preparation

Spread the inside of pie shell with mustard for flavor.
Saute onion in butter and seasonings.
Add zucchini and cook until tender.
