Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen broccoli
    2 tsp. margarine
    1/4 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. mushroom soup
    3/4 c. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    approximately 20 crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli; add margarine.
    Cook onions in water.
    Melt cheese, soup and milk until creamy (over low heat).
    Mix softened onions with cream sauce.
    Pour broccoli in casserole dish; pour onion/cheese sauce over it and crush crackers over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
