Crock-Pot Barbecue Lexington Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) pork loin or Boston butt roast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. ketchup
    8 Tbsp. meat broth
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    Texas Pete hot sauce to taste
Preparation
    Sear the roast on all sides in lightly greased skillet.
    Put meat, sugar, salt and vinegar in crock-pot and cook 10 to 12 hours or until well done. Remove meat from crock-pot.
    Remove bones and cut into small pieces.
    Mix remaining ingredients for sauce and toss with meat.
