Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

12 medium bell peppers, halved
2 1/2 lb. ground round
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
3 to 4 celery stalks, chopped
3/4 Tbsp. seasoned salt
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can peeled tomatoes
3 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. picante sauce
cheese (optional)
Preparation

Split bell peppers in half; remove inside, wash, cover with water and boil until tender.
