Baked Pork Tenderloin(By 7 - 12 Year Olds) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pork tenderloins
    1 jar (12 oz.) peach or apricot jam
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard (dry)
    1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place tenderloins on rack in roasting pan. Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan.
    Spoon about half of the sauce over the loins.
    Bake the tenderloins 1 hour and 30 minutes. Heat remaining sauce in saucepan over low heat.
    Slice the tenderloins into 1/4 inch diagonal slices on cutting board.
    Serve the tenderloins with the remaining sauce.
