Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Ground chuck
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt (or 1 clove garlic)
    2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans or Van Camp's Mexican chili beans
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. Chili powder
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, stewed or whole, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato and herbs sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions in olive oil.
    Drain.
    Add butter, salts and garlic.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer for 2 hours, covered,in a large pot or Dutch oven, over low heat.
