Base For Cream Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. heavy cream
3 qt. chicken stock
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1 onion
1 Tbsp. pepper
1 green pepper, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Saute all vegetables in butter.
Then add flour and also chicken stock.
Bring to a boil. Heat cream carefully and add to stock.
Use your own choice of vegetables for the cream soup (broccoli, cauliflower, potatoes, etc.).
