Zucchini Tomato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, quartered and sliced
    5 large tomatoes, chopped and drained
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In colander, combine zucchini and salt.
    Let drain for 30 minutes.
    Squeeze out excess moisture in clean towel.
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Combine zucchini, tomatoes, onion, Swiss cheese, sour cream and pepper.
    Mix well and put in well-buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
