Carrot Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking pwoder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. coconut
2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and baking powder together.
Add sugar, eggs and oil and beat together with mixer for one minute.
Add pineapple, coconut, carrots and walnuts and mix everything together.
Spray 9 x 13-inch cake pan with Pam and then add batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
